Facilities Management

CDM Coordinator
For the majority of our clients projects the appointment of a CDM Coordinator is essential.
We can offer this as part of a comprehensive management role or in isolation.
DDA Compliance
The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995 came into force in 1996, the act has been updated since then to increase the range of disabilities and the extent of sites and buildings they effect.
For public and commercial clients we conduct property audits to assess DDA compliance and provide recommendations to resolve non-compliant issues. Our team can also provide the necessary design and management service to implement any required alterations.
