Gothic Cottage – Renovation of Grade II Listed property

The property is a five-bedroom Grade II listed house, which required renovation in a sympathetic way to maintain the character of the property and to satisfy Planning Conservation, but at the same time offer a more modern style of living.

The project had design work complete, and work had commenced on site. The client asked us to take over management of the project.

Using some subcontractors, they already had, as well as using our experienced subcontractors where required. During the construction, we worked closely with the interior designer, Becky from Studio Vie (studiovie.co.uk), which helped achieve a high-quality finish throughout.
