Design Stage only
We can guide you through the various design stages to ensure the scheme meets your expectations, these include:
- Locating available plots and conversion opportunities;
- Concept design;
- Planning process;
- Detailed design for building;
- Regulations;
- Interior design;
- Construction drawings.
Design & Management
We feel that having support from the start of the project all the way through to completion gives the greatest benefit. This integrated approach allows us to move seamlessly through the various stages of the project. We have found that there are significant cost savings to be had when we manage on your behalf subcontract labour instead of appointing a principal contractor. This also allows you greater freedom to influence the design during the build process without incurring significant additional costs.
Management only
If a design has already been completed we do offer management support which will guide you through the remaining stages. We can help you appoint the principal contractor or subcontract labour, and manage the project on site to ensure it is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
